When the packaging containing articles is placed on the conveyor belt, the sealing part of the bag is automatically fed into two sealing belts in operation and bring it into the heating zone. The heat of the heating block is transferred to the sealing part of the bag through the sealing belt, and make film melted and softened. Through the cooling zone, the surface temperature of the film is decreased appropriately. Then through the knurling wheel (or printing wheel) rolling, the sealing part of the upper and lower plastic film are bonding and pressing out the network pattern (or printed logo). Then the sealed packaging bag is sent out of the machine by guiding rubber belt and conveyor belt then complete the sealing operation. The blister sealing machine is characterized by fast sealing speed, good sealing effect, and date, batch number can be printed in the position of the seal.

Maintenance and repair of high frequency blister sealing machine：
After the use of the machine, dust on the equipment should be dealt with. After each sealing of the sealing machine, the temperature control switch should be turned off to allow the machine to operate for 3-5 minutes. This helps protect the seal from remaining at high heat so as to extended service life. Every 6 months of the use of blister sealing machine, lubricate the transmission gears.
