The Debugging Method of High Frequency Plastic Welding Machine

1. Please turn off the switch system and automatic switch system of the high frequency plastic welding machine first, and then turn on the power switch


Pull up to the (red) main gas cylinder, recover to the highest position, swing the turntable, trigger the micro switch, and then lower the turntable to flat against the antimony plate.


Directly lock the upper mold on the heating plate, place the lower mold on the turntable, then align the upper mold to lock the tube position bead, and then the bottom mold is pressed tightly. Loosen the parallel screws and nuts of the mold, press down to make the mold flat against the bottom mold, and then "click" to move up the mold so that the upper plate is about a quarter away from the heating plate and the mold.


2. Installation of the water line copper sheet: press the lowering system, press the lower mold and then adjust the position of the water line copper sheet to press the turntable


Press the ascending system to make the air cylinder grow to the highest position and the upper part of the turntable is away from the antimony plate. Do not touch the mold and heating plate during lifting and heating of the mold to avoid burns. The copper plate of the water line must be grounded, otherwise the turntable will leak electricity.


3. When adjusting the mold, please turn off the switch system and automatic switch system of the high frequency plastic welding machine first


It is forbidden to place liquid objects on the motor, else it will flow into the machine and cause malfunctions. The machine should be operated by an operator. Other people are not allowed to stand on both sides of the motor to avoid danger when rotating the turntable. After the motor is used up, please turn off the switch and automatic switch of the HF plastic welder, then let the mold press the turntable. Cut off the input of compressed air, and turn off the power.


4. After turning on the power switch, the tube has to be warmed up for 10 minutes before the high frequency plastic welding machine can output


Test before output: turn off the switch and brake of the high frequency plastic welding machine, setting time: fall time (about 2 seconds), high cycle time (about 2 seconds), cooling time (about 0.5 seconds), rise time (about 1 second). Since the rising distance depends on the mold, the space of the upper and lower molds can be adjusted by changing the rising time, swing the turntable position. Also, the upper and lower molds should be aligned, and the waterline copper sheet should press the turntable. The debugging of the heater is generally set at about 140°C. The heating indicator light is on to indicate that the mold heat is insufficient, and the high frequency plastic welding machine heating operation is performed after the light is off.


5. Adjust the output force of the high frequency plastic welding machine


Return the pointer of the coordinator to the "0" position, and place the rubber to turn the turntable: the mold falling time should be 0.5 seconds for the compressed rubber, and the output of the high-frequency plastic welding machine should be 0.2-0.9A; change the coordinator scale to 0-100. When the current indicator rises, check the welding effect, otherwise repeat the operation process (do not overshoot too quickly during adjustment, so as to avoid over-current and flashover).


Due to the different sizes of the molds, the time of the high frequency plastic welding machine and the coordinator should be adjusted accordingly. The stronger the output force or the smaller the mold area, the shorter the time of the high-frequency plastic welding machine, and vice versa, the longer the high-frequency time.
