The high frequency plastic welding machine suddenly has no current during use, and the machine does not heat up. What caused it? How should we deal with this emergency situation. Where should we check and how to deal with such a situation?
Causes of sudden no current in the high frequency plastic welding machine:
After opening the safety door of the control electric box, turn on the power of the equipment again, and observe whether the ceramic electron tube in the middle of the shock barrel is shiny. If it is lit, it means that the tube filament is normal. If the tube does not light up, it means that the machine does not heat up and there is no current phenomenon.
Detection method: Use a multimeter to measure whether the filament voltage of the high frequency plastic welding machine is normal. The specific filament voltage is generally marked on the filament transformer, such as: 6.3V or 12.6V. After the measurement, it is found that there is no filament voltage output, indicating that the filament transformer has quality problems, and then replace the transformer. If the filament voltage output is normal, it means that the electron tube filament is short-circuited, and then just replace the electron tube.
The method to test whether the contactor is normally closed: operate according to the test no-load current method, first disconnect the air source of the high frequency plastic welding machine equipment, adjust the power of the synchronizer to zero, operate the machine in normal use, and observe whether the contactor is sucked 合 state. If the contactor does not pull in, it may be a contactor failure, and just replace the contactor.
Detection method: Use the resistance gear of the universal meter to measure whether the resistance of the grid resistance is normal. If there is no resistance, it means the resistance is damaged, and just replace it with a new one.
Detection method: refer to the "test no-load current" mode operation, and observe whether there is flashing in the spark tube. Flashing means spark protection. We can also try the no-load current after turning off the spark switch. At this time, the current display of the high frequency plastic welding machine is normal, indicating that the spark protection causes the machine to not heat. There is no reason for the current output,and repair the spark system.
Detection method: refer to the "test no-load current" mode operation, and observe the direction of the ammeter pointer. Whether the machine head rises immediately after the high voltage is applied, it indicates that the high frequency plastic welding machine has over-current protection. Check whether the over-current resistor and the current relay are damaged, and just replace the over-current resistor.
