HF plastic welding machine must have high-frequency molds when working. High-frequency molds are made of metal materials. Among them, copper molds are the best because copper conducts fast and stable while iron is the worst for iron is not as conductive as copper and will rust after heating. In general, we recommend not to use iron and that steel is the best among it, iron and aluminum. Thus, if there are up and down molds for blister pressure, we suggest aluminum to make the lower mold, copper to make the upper mold, so as to save cost and have good effects.
